01 / THE BRIEF
The account was stuck. I rebuilt it.
This real estate AI SaaS was stuck around $15K a month in Meta spend. Every budget push made CPA jump. I took over the account and rebuilt what was holding it back. Six months later: almost $149K a month, with a lower purchase CPA. Still an active client.
Budget was scattered across small campaigns and audiences. Tracking needed fixing. The account needed more winning ads and a clear place to put the money.
I owned the structure, the tracking, the creative direction and the scaling decisions. All of it. That is how I work.

04 / THE WORK
I fixed what was stopping scale.
Tracking fixed. Account consolidated. Creative moving. Cost caps tested. I owned the whole sequence.
01
Clean signal
Server-side tracking + CAPI
02
Clear structure
CBO + consolidated winners
03
Fresh creative
New concepts into the account
04
Controlled scale
Cost-cap tests + budget decisions
/ 01
CBO. Fewer campaigns. More signal.
Merged the fragmented campaigns and moved budget control to campaign level. Kept recent winners together. The account finally had a structure I could put serious money through.
/ 02
Fixed the tracking myself.
Rebuilt server-side tracking and CAPI. Before I push an account toward $150K a month, I need to trust the conversion signal. I fixed the setup, then used it to make the scaling calls.
/ 03
Put my AI creative engine to work.
Hundreds of fresh statics and video variations. New angles kept launching. As ads proved themselves, I consolidated the winners and gave them more room to spend. Creative production stayed connected to the account every week.
/ 04
Scaled with my cost-cap framework.
Tested different caps against high campaign budgets. Watched delivery and purchase CPA. Fed the setups that earned more spend and cut the ones that did not. Every increase had to earn its place.
/ 05
Made the calls. Pushed back.
Directed the team on what to launch, what to consolidate and what to leave alone. When changes got too reactive, I pushed back. When the account called for a move, I made it.
/ 06
Kept scaling. Kept watching CPA.
December: $17,852.93 in spend at $139.48 per purchase. May: $148,907.37 at $131.08. Eight times the monthly spend, with a cheaper purchase at the finish. The full account history is above.
