Ran ad departments through the agency world: Evestar → Wallaroo → The Moonlighters → Media Components — and ran paid social inside the Condé Nast ecosystem at CitizenNet, launching campaigns for Amazon, Walmart, Hulu and Prada across BuzzFeed & Complex Networks. Learned exactly where agencies leak money: handoffs, juniors, slow creative, attribution nobody trusts.
So I went independent and built the thing agencies can't. ADEN'S LAB — an AI ad generator SaaS — and MR. POWERZ — a DTC brand — both built and scaled on my own money to prove the AI stack works before I ever point it at a client account.
The thesis is simple: one operator wired into an AI production stack moves faster, tests more, and trusts the numbers more than a room full of people passing your account between them.
Now I take a small number of clients and run their growth like it's mine. No account managers, no juniors, no handoffs.
